Only 35 13 series classics left! I thought the ones sent to LA were going to be the last classics active (you said so before,) but that doesn't seem to be correct. 13-005, 024, 025, 028, 031, and 100 were all at, or moved to LA. When the 12 series watch was started, there were 40 + active, so it might be time to start a 13-XXX watch. Alright now for the 14 series retirements:14-125 Damn, I saw it last Monday, on the 141, it looked amazing, it was recently repainted. About a week or 2 before that, I got a crappy photo of it, I was hoping to get a redemption shot. http://www.transitfan.com/gallery/v/Gerbil...14-125.JPG.html - 102: 27-504. 268: 15-068 (Partial smartass.) 121: 14-050, 14-110, MR 14-160, 16-071, 30-060. 213: 28-107. DAMMIT! I guess I should have fanned on Newman for the last few weeks! I was missing many of the LA 13 transfers too! I know this all seems weird, but the buses I listed are off the roster for good as of today. I'll post the 15's later on..

I was mainly worrying about Anjou, and Saint-Laurent, as they are next in line for third gens. LA was supposed to have the last classics, so I wasn't worried, but now, I think I'll do some fanning in Lasalle, now. - Btw, how many classics does LA have left? stm_5307N
how many classics does LA have left? You'll have to wait until I update the wiki with all this info. After I'll put up to date garage allocations too.
SMS
It would have been a gas if 14-122 was retired as well. At least there would be some gratitude that this bus was chartered in the end. Who knows?
stm_5307N
Now for the recently retired 15's: 15-002 15-006 15-007 15-011 15-022 15-033 15-035 15-036 15-052 15-059 15-088 15-116 15-121 15-123 15-131 15-132 For the sole piece of good news: 15-085 is back from the dead at SD garage. Its active and I did see it parked otuside SD on Sunday. I was just waiting for the roster to confirm what I saw.
M. David
Wow. There is literally a Classic holocaust going on. This is insane, but we all knew it was going to happen someday. And like Gerbil said, some of the 13s listed above were considered to be some of the STM's better buses, and were moved to LaSalle for use on shuttles, etc. as a result. I guess that didn't last long. Pretty sad, if you ask me, but that's the way things are sometimes. Perhaps it's time for a general Classic watch thread? I know the Ottawa people are doing the same thing because their Classics are going fast too.

Okay I updated the active/retired STM classics on the wiki with garage allocations for the 13 to 15 series. Not many changes, though there's a few changes for the 15's. As for the 13's that went to LA, there's still a good bunch active at LA. I think most 13's active are at LA now. From what I saw, like 1 or 2 only 13's that got transfered to LA are retired. The majority are still active. Were down to 232 active classics!

No that's what Today's Sightings is for And this is decidedly NOT the Ottawa section And maybe you of all people shouldn't drop the Holocaust term so casually! M. David
Fair enough. I think we handle sightings better here anyhow (more organized, less dross, etc.). Gerbil
15-140 was active on the 51, today. It has no Priorite shield, or web URL. Part of the rear was grafted off of 15-004, which explains the FR sticker. In this picture, you can see 004, under 140.
