TheAverageJoe Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 Also, back on the 17th of this month I noticed the following Corbeil International T444E's parked near the north yard with no plates. I am guessing these are the ones that were recently noted in an earlier post in this thread that were being moved out west from Ontario: #210120, 244290, 244550, and 244510. #244510 is seen at the rear of the image of #244550. Also, I do not know if these buses will be staying in the Calgary fleet or if they will be sent off to another First fleet in Alberta or not. Those look very similar to the large amount that were in the First Student Ontario fleet but are starting to be replaced in the past few years. BCT-3122-D800-10240 Posted March 23, 2013 Report Share Posted March 23, 2013 Hinton Transit #3025 is no longer a Transit bus. It's been repainted into School Bus Yellow and black. Here are a couple of photos of it. #3025 now seems to be assigned to the Airdrie to Cross Irons Mall employee shuttle. I would assume it's now an Airdrie based unit now. School Bus 101 Posted March 30, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Found the Ontario based Bluebird Buses that were mentioned earlier in this topic (http://www.cptdb.ca/...ndpost&p=590714) Here is a picture of one of them: 2 of the buses were numbered 206590 and 209930. All of the buses can be found in the by the North Yards. I also found 244560, a Corbeil similar to the ones posted above. Also, 121226 has been repainted to school bus yellow, just like 121224. Many interesting units have appeared that are not usually seen in the North Yards, such as 2237, 201073, 2985, etc. There are some buses parked outside of the fenced lots (such as 1541). That bus used to be assigned to a friend of mine back in the early 2000's for awhile. I have seen it in recent years as well, but I never mentioned it as I thought it was already known that it was a Calgary unit. I don't recall where in Calgary it is based however.
