So far, yes. 28-076 was on the 141 first, then on the 189 few hours later. 28-054 was also on the 141 and 28-061 was on the 185. All 3 sightings shared by me and mtltransitguy. A palindrome is a word, phrase or number that if you spell or pronounce it backwards it's still the same. Exampled: Otto, 'Level, mom, level'. Last palindrome bus we had was ex-Legendre (now Frontenac) 26-062. Other buses in the STM with palindromes in service now: 12-021, 13-031, 14-041, 16-061, 17-071, 18-081, 22-222, 22-322 and 22-422. SMS Posted November 29, 2008 Report Share Posted November 29, 2008 Attention Breaking news Nova Bus just delivered the following buses to Garage Saint-Laurent: 28-089 28-090 28-091 28-092 28-094 28-097 28-098 28-099 28-100 28-101 28-103 28-105 So I was on 15-055 and when I was passing CT Saint-Laurent, I see 28-092 just being delivered. I jumped out of my skin and saw other buses so when I got home I grabbed the car and went to the garage. I spoke to the commis and asked to take pics and he said no prob. I also passed by Armand in the hallway but he was speaking to 3 other drivers so I didn't bother him. Anyway I snapped off a few pics until the CO came and said stop and leave the premises and talk to Odile Paradis if you want pics. I knew that by the time I got the authorization that the buses would not be there anymore so I left before the matter escalated. I asked if he knew whether more would be on the way and he said he didn't know. The Novabus drivers left in an unmarked company car back to St-Eustache and I don't know if more deliveries are scheduled for later today or this weekend. At any rate I hightailed it outta there. The buses have the old usual configuration both front and back, are plateless, and do not have the fareboxes. These are all parked on the Guenette side and most if not all have plastic at the front. This is the first time that I ever caught a delivery for the STM so I'm very happy. 12-014 is wedged between the new buses that retired it and is confirmed retired. Photos are coming soon.
