citytransitpics.piczo.com Posted December 6, 2008 Report Share Posted December 6, 2008 Did 0962-0966 arrive yet? i made a mistake above its 0962-0965 and they should be getting out fitted with fareboxes and smart cards. but i hav enot seen them around. they were spose to be ariving on the boat last thursday and i have not heard anything since! *sigh* Thats not good for such a big company! They maybe a little late then, I heard the PAB dock failed while the Caribou was in dock last week, there were 30 cars trapped on the top deck. They had to sail back to N.Sydney, move the cars to the lower deck and return to PAB. As a result of using only one deck there was a hugh back up at both sides. (Service Monday-Friday Only) Copyed from VOCM: Free Ride on Metrobus June 26, 2009 Starting Monday, Metrobus will offer free rides in the downtown core on a new bus route designed to service Water and Duckworth Streets. The new service, named 'Buddy', will travel east on Duckworth Street past the Sheraton, turn around on Quidi Vidi Road then head west for the Convention Centre via Plymouth Road, Duckworth, Cochrane and Water Street. Buddy was designed to facilitate movement in the downtown area and targets employees and visitors to St. John's. The service will remain in effect until September 6.
