Krapf Group
The Krapf Group is a family-owned and operated transportation business established in 1942, by George Krapf, Jr., to provide pupil transportation for the local municipalities.
Initially operating with two school buses, the company had grown and expanded, not only in size, but also in scope and diversity.
In addition to pupil transportation, Krapf Group, under the brand name "Krapf's", provides public and paratransit transportation and motorcoach services.[1]
In 2017, the Krapf Group purchased Birnie Bus Service, which operated similar services in New York state. The following year, Krapf's expanded its school bus holdings into New Jersey through the buyout of Ted Dunn Inc. of Wantage, and acquisition of used buses from Bob Baldwin, Irvin Raphael, and Integrity Transportation.
