The Motor Coach Industries 102-C3 was MCI's top-of-the-line motorcoach geared toward charters and tours during the late 1980s to early 1990s. It was eventually replaced at the end of 1993, by the D-Series, specifically the 102-D3.

The 102-C3 was similar in shape to the A-Series, but had different styling and features. Rather than fluted, bare stainless steel on the sides and front, these parts were smooth and painted. Though later on, some operators would specify fluted, bare stainless steel on the sides. Inside, the cabin offered three more inches of headroom and featured a revised parcel rack and service set design. The driver's area featured a new instrument panel with a tilt and telescopic steering wheel.
