Charles Street Transit Terminal, known mostly as Charles Street Terminal, and occasionally known as Kitchener Bus Terminal, is a transit terminal complex located in 15 Charles Street West, in Downtown Kitchener. It is the busiest transit terminal in Kitchener and in Grand River Transit.
Buses enter and exit the terminal either from Gaukel Street or Ontario Street South. If necessary, buses may use Charles Street West or Joseph Street in order to access their bays.
The terminal has a overhead walkway that leads from the far end of the platforms (Platforms E and F) into the terminal building, which consists of a GRT ticket information booth, a Transfers Cafe, a taxi stand, and Out-Of-Town platforms (Greyhound, GO Transit, Coach Canada, and Aboutown Transportation).
