Strasburg Road Transit Operations Centre is one of three bus maintenance and storage facilities operated by Grand River Transit.
Located at 250 Strasburg Road, it primarily serves as a base for bus routes operating in and around Kitchener. It has a maximum capacity of 250 buses, making it the largest of GRT's bus garages.
History
Strasburg was originally the home of Kitchener Transit, with ownership transferred to the Region of Waterloo upon the formation of GRT in 2000. It was first constructed in 1976, and underwent expansions in 1997, 2006, and 2014.
