Blue Bus Fan Posted September 21, 2015 Report Share Posted September 21, 2015 Coastal Celebration is the main ship out of Swartz Bay for September 21, and September 22 while Spirit of Vancouver Island undergoes sea trails. Blue Bus Fan Posted October 1, 2015 Report Share Posted October 1, 2015 The Cable ferry that will operate between Buckley Bay to Denman Island is failing to meet speed the requirements, it is current only going 6.5 knots empty and is required to at least go 8.5 knots full of cars, so this project could fail before it starts service or will require a upgrade to machine that pulls the cable to move the vessel.
