The incident occurred during last night's game between the Flames and the Predators. UPDATE: Wideman has been suspended indefinitely, pending a hearing. Evgeny Kuznetsov will replace Alexander Ovechkin at the NHL All-Star Game; Jonathan Toews will be replaced by Predators forward James Neal. Ducks defenceman Clayton Stoner has been banned from hunting for three years and must pay $10,000 for killing a grizzly bear on the central coast of British Columbia, breaching the province's Wildlife Act. Team Atlantic 1-0 Corey Perry scored the lone goal in the final game. John Scott was named the All-Star MVP. He scored two goals against Team Central. He also had a hit and even a bit of a tussle with Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane. Team Atlantic celebrity coach Amy Grant issued a coach's challenge in the final game after Team Pacific thought they scored to make it 2-0. It was deemed Taylor Hall interfered with Ben Bishop so the goal was called back. The NHL's regular season will resume on Tuesday, February 2nd with 12 games. Blues have placed defenceman Alex Pietrangelo on the IR due to a knee injury. He is expected to miss at least 3 weeks.
