    Continuing off RTC's apparent decker issues, 9575 is on the 301.

    They're parked at Poco to reduce the amount of time needed to get a new Decker all the way from RTC for the 555.

    A place to park buses somewhere else to be closer to a route. Currently it's using the layover facility to park 3 Rapidbuses for use on the R1 and R6 at 4am in the morning.
