Grand River Transit 8007-8021 are Nova Bus LFS buses built in 2008.

At the end of 2007, the Region of Waterloo accepted a proposal from Nova Bus for the delivery of 112 buses between 2008 and 2012. This order was purchased alongside their first hybrid order at a cost of $10,695,058.20[1] Instead of following the previous numbering scheme of 2 followed by the last digit of the year, the buses were numbered in the 8000 series because the region already had vehicles numbered in the 2800 series.
