so did they do anything to the seating configuration? and is it the same type of seat they've always used but with a different color, or did they change the seat material too?

I believe it is fabric, when i rode 0702 i didn't sit down, it was packed. the engine has a weird whizzing sound.

i think it had a problem. the driver slammed on the brakes half way up the mountain, and there were no cars in front. he made a weird face like something was wrong.....

The first three of the new 0700 series entered revenue service today.

Buses 0701 and 0703 are on Barton while bus 0702 is on Upper James/College.

It will be interesting to see what the customers reaction is to the new interior color scheme. The seats are now a dark blue, complete with the city of Hamilton logo woven in the fabric. The floor is a lighter gray while the interior walls are now an off-white color (close to beige).

How many bus systems are there in Ontario? I know there's TTC, GO Transit, OC Transpo, Mississauga Transit, Durham Region Transit, York Region Transit, and Hamilton Street Railway. What are the other bus systems that operate in Ontario?

I rode on hsr 510501 it was on 5c. had a nice smooth ride. cant wait till the 06s and 07s come out!

re: 510319, 510515 I didn't see, I saw it from my balcony going up the mountain. 510515 had full wrap 4 hamilton produce and 510319 had side wrap for luba mera.

There was a previous discussion about this somewhere down here...but thats ok. I believe the 40ft Hybrids will have the old "DE40LF" design. Just the hybrid articulated buses will feature the new restyled "DE60LFR" design.

How about the VI it is the same thing but it is an Orion and i can respect that because ALL Orions Rock HEy, Do you like the nfl D40LF with the restyled front? Is the back restyled too?

please tell what you think about hsr drivers: Some drivers are friendly, most are unprofessional and rude. A few years ago my mom had a dispute with a driver over a transfer. He got so angry he punched her in the arm. The police were called and they got him in trouble. HSR needs to smarten up and control their drivers. Agree? please tell your stories about hsr drivers!
