They were originally delivered as 4126-4130 and renumbered to 0126-0130 in November 2023 due to a numbering conflict with existing 4126 and 4127-4130. All buses are owned by Rutgers University and operated by Transdev.

These buses represent year 2 of a multi-year order of ENC Axess BRT 40' buses placed in October 2021. They feature a similar paint scheme as buses 202-203 and 205, all aisle-facing seating, 13 sets of USB charging ports, AC vents filter, smooth vinyl flooring and motion controlled destination signs.
