66 Winston was a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. The route connected the intersection of Groh at Holiday Inn with the communities of Popcorn House and Hespeler Village.

There was no evening, weekend or Summer service provided on this route.

As part of the 2014 Service Plan, route 66 was discontinued in April 2014 as part of a restructuring of Hespeler area routes.
