Route 55 served the Kinbridge-Southwood neighbourhood. It also connected to [[Grand River Transit Ainslie Street Terminal|Ainslie Terminal]].


'''55 St. Andrews''' is a conventional bus route operated by [[Grand River Transit]]. The route connects the [[Grand River Transit Ainslie Street Terminal|Ainslie Street Transit Terminal]] with the community of Kinbridge-Southwood.
From Ainslie Terminal, buses operated via south on Ainslie Street, west on Cedar Street, and south on Southwood Drive, looping via west on Wedgewood Drive, south and east on Grand Ridge Drive, north on Inverness Drive, east on Culham Drive, north on Tait Street, west on Fourth Avenue, northeast on St Andrews Street, and northwest on Southwood Drive, then via the reverse routing back to Ainslie Terminal.


On Sundays, the routing is modified to provide service on Grand, Main, and Wellington heading into the terminal, and exits north on Ainslie instead of south.
