3 Ottawa South is a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. This route connects the Charles Street Transit Terminal and the Forest Glen Terminal with the communities of Mill Courtland Woodside Park, Alpine, and Laurentian Hills.
It also bypasses the Strasburg Road Transit Operations Centre, which makes it a popular route for off-duty drivers in Kitchener-Waterloo.
Route 3 is interlined with the following routes at the following times:
- Route 16 during weekday rush hours and midday at the Forest Glen Terminal.
- Route 11 during weekday and Saturday evenings at both the Charles Street Transit Terminal and Forest Glen Terminal.
