29 Keats Way is a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. This route connects the Wilfrid Laurier University (University/King), the University of Waterloo and The Boardwalk Terminal with the communities of Beechwood, Beechwood West, and West Hill.

Route 29 is interlined with route 5 at The Boardwalk Terminal, at all times.

As part of the 2013 Proposed Service Improvements Plan, frequency and service span on this route was reduced in September 2013 due to the introduction of route 202, since most passengers would be within a 15 minute walk to Erb Street West. Weekday peak frequency was reduced to every 30 minutes with service ending at midnight, Saturday evening frequency was be reduced to every hour with service ending at 11:15pm, and Sunday/Holiday frequency was be reduced to every 45 minutes from 10:10am to 5:40pm.
