The Neoplan USA Skyliner AN122/3 was a 40-foot double-deck highway coach sold in the United States. Before establishing their American arm, Neoplan had sold their Skyliner double deck model to the Southern California Rapid Transit District (SCRTD). Their first two buses were part of the Urban Mass Transportation's Double Deck Bus Demonstration conducted from 1974 to 1977. The SCRTD took delivery of a further 20 buses in 1981.
