In 2009, the city of Prior Lake won a Job Access and Reverse Commute (49 USC 5316) grant to purchase one bus to support their Laker Lines service.[1]

The bus was transferred in January 2015 to MVTA as part of the MVTA/BlueXpress merger.[2]
