Coincidentally the downtown library also used to be called the "Centennial" Library for many years (given that it was built to commemorate Canada's birthday in 1967). It was renamed the Stanley A. Milner library only several decades later. Perhaps in 2029 we'll be reading about how the Centennial Garage is being renamed the "Stephen Mandel Transit Garage" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
