You sign the conditional offer then medical/police check,and reference check. .. once it all checks out they call you for documentation and you get your training date.

Look man my work schedule is tight, i had one oppurtunity for the blue nights, i was on the routes but had crappy convos with both people, didnt have a chance to re do them.When i was writing it up i didnt have enough to fill a page so i borrowed stories from the 4 other drivers i spoke to on the non blue night routes, thats what i meant , just altered them a bit, its not like i wasnt on the bus and streetcar. You can hate on me all you want but all i was trying to do was make the point to scooter that they go over those specific routes with you and so while he is sitting there in the waiting room for the interview he can go over it. From the drivers i had great convo's with i got a clear idea of what the job is like.Thats what the assignment is about right?. I was not boasting i was trying to tell scooter the importence of that route. And to the admins sorry for the name calling but people telling me im an idiot or dont deserve something when they dont know me or my situation really grinds my gears. Im not here to argue, were all in the same lengthy stressfull process.

Perhaps i shouldnt, you dont have to be an uptight smart ass like yourself to get a job with the ttc, clearly i was good enough for my interviewers. You seem to like to criticize everyone on this board.

Congrats buddy.. for the interview just think of the toughest situations youve delt with customer service wise. Angry customers, disabled problemsolving quick thinkin etc.. i think theres is 15 questions in total. If you have customer service experiance it is a slice of cake. Good luck

Nope starting too lose hope, a friend of mine had an interview the same day as me and they called him monday with the cond offer.. we had different interviewers though not sure if that matters. I think i might be at a disadvantage because im only 22. I havent recieved a letter yet so that must be good.

I have two speeding tickets going 10 km over. Im sure none of you have never went over the speed limit right, you just have never got caught! So dont tell me im not right for the job. Furthermore from doing my job shadow and the interview its clear driving isnt the hard part of the job, its dealing with customers. If it wasnt i would have answered 20 questions about driving situations yesterday instead of different types of cutomer service related situations. My abstract meets their requirements.

They were very nice, and smiling the whole time. After i settled down it went smoothly. I agree there were a few i could have answered better but i feel like demonstrated i have the qualities.
