In October 2012, Thor Industries Inc.’s ElDorado National Kansas subsidiary purchased the bus operation assets of Krystal Enterprises for $3.9 million. [1] Krystal's founder and CEO, Ed Grech, would later establish a namesake company competing in the same market.
