  1. since no one else has answered yet what are you planning on wearing to the conditional. Are you wearing a suit, i don't want to be underdressed but would rather not wear my suit to work in the morning if i don't have to. I don't think they would accept volunteer as a reference but not positive. In my info session the lady told us it had to be work references but never specified about volunteer.
  2. They told me 3-4 weeks I received the call 8 days after. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk Hey TTC13 I'm going to sign my conditional tomorrow as well. They told me the same thing I got the email around 4pm today. A question for guys that have already signed conditional..should I be wearing my suit again or is dress pants and shirt okay for signing conditional? Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  3. I think one of the guys working already would know best but I believe your license would need to be in good standing at all times when operating a TTC vehicle Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk
  4. Okay I think were getting a little off topic. Maybe we should agree to disagree, I'm not saying I've never lied before, I'm saying that I wouldn't make a new email and re apply to try and sneak around the process. They give everyone equal opportunity to pass the aptitude test, interview, medical and background check. If you don't make it, you should move aside and get in the back of the line IMO. Anyway I don't want to argue with you guys..after all we may be co workers soon! . Regardless I hope everyone makes it in!
  5. That is True ^. I guess I'm one of the few people left that believe honesty is the best policy. I'm currently going through the process for my first time, going for medical on June 16th, I guess if I were unsuccessful at any stage I may feel differently but I think I would still respect the TTC enough to follow their guidelines. If I were unsuccessful I would wait the required time line so others in my current position could have the same opportunity as me. But obviously to each is own...on a lighter note GOOD LUCK TO ALL IN THE PROCESS!
  6. Uhhhh you would need a new identity. They take your sin number at interview as well as photo i.d. you may be able to fool them to get into an info session but what do you think would happen if they find out....don't expect to get hired.
  7. my info session was in November of 2013!
  8. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. I had my interview last week and received the call yesterday that I was successful in the interview process. They said I would be contacted in 1-2 weeks to set up a time for me to come and sign conditional offer. I AM SO EXCITED I have been going through this process since March of 2013 I'm ecstatic to have some promising news finally!
  9. Hey guys hoping someone can help me in in a little pinch. I'm in Toronto right now and I wanted to go and see the building where the interview is. I wasn't planning on doing this so I didn't bring the address and can't seem to find it any email. If anyone knows could you please let me know the address where they hold the interviews ASAP. Thanks
  10. Ok so I know ill get some grief for this question but at my info session they said we should account for our entire employment history on our resume that we bring to the interview. I'm wondering if it is necessary to put down a job I had when I was 15 for 2 months, my issue is I cant get a hold of anyone from the company and don't know who to use a a contact. Did everyone on here include their entire employment history or did any of you leave a job or 2 out from when you were younger.
  11. I believe there is only 1 chance to pass the test. They never said anything in my session about a re-test. They will send you an email by the date they told you if you have passed the test (I received email 5 days before deadline, others have mentioned receiving email a few days after deadline).Regardless if you were successful you will have an email with the date of your face to face interview. Be patient this is a long long process but well worth it in the end. I wasn't sure if I had answered enough questions on the test, so it was a little easier for me as I was not necessarily expecting the interview email, but sure enough it came .
  12. Both of your questions were answered in the info session...If you have already attended the info session you must not have been paying attention. If you have not already had your info session then you should wait until you have your session before asking questions, the sessions are very informative and will answer a lot of your questions.
  13. Sounds like your right behind me. I applied last March, was contacted in September to inform me of the information session in November that I would be attending. They told us we would here Back by Jan 31st if we were successful at the info session. I received email Jan 27th stating I had a face to face interview for May. Now just preparing and patiently waiting for my interview...hope to be working with you all very shortly.
