Davis Drive & Hwy 404 Park & Ride is a hub located in Newmarket, ON. It is located on the south side of Davis Dr. just west of Highway 404. The Park & Ride is accessible via Davis Dr. or the southbound Highway 404 exit ramp. There is an exit that leads directly to the southbound Highway 404 ramp.

There are 6 bus platforms: three for GO Transit, located along the north side of the Park & Ride, and three for York Region Transit, located along the east side of the Park & Ride. The YRT/Viva bays are equipped with an automated display indicating the next arrival of buses in the respective bays.

The Park & Ride was initially built by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario as a standard carpool lot for Newmarket residents commuting on Highway 404. In 2015, the Park & Ride was expanded and bus platforms were added around the perimeter to facilitate the extension of Viva service along Davis Drive.
