Eastbound trips depart Alki Avenue SW & 61st Avenue SW south on 61st Avenue SW, east on SW Admiral Way, south on California Aveneue SW, west on SW Oregon Street, south on 44th Avenue SW, east on SW Alaska Street, north on 35th Avenue SW, east on SW Avalon Way, east on SW Genesee Street, north on Delridge Way SW, east on SW Spokane Street, east on the West Seattle Bridge, east on S Spokane Street, north on 1st Avenue S and east on S Lander Street to Sodo Station. Trips continuing to Othello Station then depart the station south on Sodo Busway, east on S Spokane Street, east on S Columbian Way, south on 15th Avenue S, east on S Columbian Way, north on Veteran Hospital Drive, turning around at the hospital and heading south on Veteran Hospital Drive, east on S Columbian Way, east on S Alaska Street, north on Rainier Avenue S, east on S Genesee Street, south on 50th Avenue S, south on Wilson Avenue S, east on S Orcas Street, south on Seward Park Avenue S and west on S Othello Street to Othello Station.

Trips at other times on weekdays and all times on weekends operate all the way to Othello Station.
