This north-south express route runs between Carkeek Park and Downtown Seattle. Weekday service runs from 5:15 AM to 12:30 AM and weekend service runs from 6 AM to 12 AM^[1]. Service is interlined with route 131 and route 132. Morning peak-hour trips alternate between terminating at Broadview and Carkeek Park, while all off-peak and weekend trips terminate at Carkeek Park.

Northbound trips depart 4th Avenue S and S Royal Brougham Way coming off of route 131 or route 132 north on 4th Avenue S, west on Prefontaine Pl S, west on Yesler Way, north on 3rd Avenue, east on Battery Street, north on Borealis Avenue, north on 7th Avenue N, north on Aurora Avenue N, west on N 38th Street, north on Fremont Way N, west on N 39th Street, north on Leary Way NW, north on 8th Avenue NW and east on NW 100th Pl to 7th Avenue NW, where Carkeek Park trips terminate. Broadview trips then continue east on NW 100th Pl, north on 3rd Avenue NW, west on NW 125th Street, north on 8th Avenue NW, east on NW 132nd Street, north on 3rd Avenue NW, east on NW 145th Street, south on Greenwood Avenue N and east on N 143rd Street to Linden Avenue N.
