This north-south route runs between Tukwila Link Station (SeaTac Airport during overnight service) and Downtown Seattle via Georgetown. Service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Southbound trips depart 3rd Avenue & Pike Street (with some trips continuing from routes 24 (7 days a week, select trips) or 33 (weekdays only, select trips)) south on 3rd Avenue, south on 2nd Avenue Extension S, south on 4th Avenue S, east on S Royal Brougham Way, south on 6th Avenue S, east on S Holgate Street, south on Airport Way S, south on 13th Avenue S, west on S Albro Pl, south on Ellis Avenue S, east on E Marginal Way S, south on Tukwila International Blvd and east on Southcenter Blvd to Tukwila International Boulevard Station.

Night Owl southbound trips continue south from Tukwila International Boulevard Station, leaving the station west on Southcenter Blvd, south on SR 99, west on S 170th Street, north on Air Cargo Road, south on Airport Expressway, and south on Arrivals Drive to the SeaTac Airport Terminal.

Northbound Night Owl trips depart the SeaTac Airport Terminal east on S 182nd Street, north on SR 99 and east on Southcenter Blvd to Tukwila International Boulevard Station

Northbound trips depart Tukwila International Boulevard Station west on Southcenter Blvd, north on Tukwila International Blvd, north on E Marginal Way S, north on Corson Avenue S, east on S Bailey Street, north on 13th Avenue S, north on Airport Way S, west on S Holgate Street, north on 8th Avenue S, west on S Massachusetts Street, north on 6th Avenue S, west on S Royal Brougham Way, north on 4th Avenue S, north on Prefontaine Pl S and north on 3rd Avenue to Bell Street, where select trips continue as routes 24 (7 days a week, select trips) or 33 (weekdays only, select trips).

Night Owl trips do not serve any stops between Tukwila International Boulevard Station and the SeaTac Airport Terminal. Local service in the area is provided by the RapidRide A Line.
