The Van Hool T800 Series was a touring coach that was available in Europe and later North America.
Models
The T809 Alizée was a 8.5m (28.3') 30 passenger coach that featured a MAN underfloor engine. Only a few were sold in North America.
The T815 Alizée is a 12m (40') passenger coach. The Alizée designation signifies it is the shorter height of the T915 model.
The T815 Acron was first introduced to the US market in 1987. It was a 12m (40') rear engined passenger coach and taller than the T815 Alizée. In North American later subsequent models were known as the T840 where the 40 represented the 40 length. The earliest models use Cummins L10 emgines while later versions use Cummins M11 engines.
