Campus Station is located just east of the Rideau Canal at the University of Ottawa in the Sandy Hill neighbourhood. A pedestrian tunnel runs under the station linking the university and the canal.
The Corktown Footbridge over the Rideau Canal allows access to the station for residents on the west side of the canal.
