This is an east-west route running in Richmond connecting the Riverport Entertainment Complex and Richmond–Brighouse Station, running primarily along No. 4 Road. Service runs daily every 30 minutes.
Eastbound trips depart from Richmond–Brighouse Station heading south on No. 3 Road, east on Granville Avenue, south on No. 4 Road, east on Steveston Highway merging onto Entertainment Boulevard to the Riverport Entertainment Complex.

The route departs Richmond-Brighouse Station via Saba Road, Buswell and then Cook Road to head southbound along No. 3 Road. It turns onto Granville Avenue eastbound from No. 3, takes No. 4 south to Steveston Highway to its terminus at the Riverport Recreation Complex. Some early morning or late evening trips terminate at Steveston Highway at No. 5 Road or Steveston Highway at Seaward Gate ([[Coast Mountain Bus Company Richmond Transit Centre|Richmond Transit Centre]]).
