The BYD Auto K11M, also called the "Lancaster", is a low floor, articulated battery-electric transit bus. It can be fully charged in two to three hours and can travel a distance of 200 miles or 321 kilometres in an urban environment. The bus was launched at the 2014 American Public Transportation Association Expo in Houston, Texas.

Like the 12-metre BYD Auto K9, the K11M uses in-wheel traction motors (on the 'C' axle) and iron-phosphate batteries. Its outward appearance is quite different from the K9 at the front and rear ends along with a more rounded roofline.
