After delivery and activation of [[GO Transit 2354-2368|2354-2368]] and [[GO Transit 8000-8011|8000-8011]], this series of buses was retired during the last week of April 2008. They were sent to Newmarket GO Garage during the retirement phase. There, GO's livery was painted over in May 2008. They were removed from Newmarket's garage at the beginning of June.
