This east-west route runs between Burien Transit Center and Renton. Eastbound trips leave Burien Transit Center west on SW 150th Street, south on 4th Avenue SW, east on Ambaum Blvd SW and east on SW 156th Street which becomes SW 156th Way which becomes SW 154th Street to [[Sound Transit Tukwila International Boulevard Station|Tukwila International Boulevard Station]]. Departing the station, the route continues east on Southcenter Blvd, south on 66th Avenue S, west on Tukwila Parkway, south on Andover Park W, east on Strander Blvd, north on W Valley Highway and east on Longacres Way to Tukwila Sounder Station. From the station, the route continues south on Tukwila Station Access Road, east on SW 27th Street, north on Oakesdale Avenue SW, east on SW 16th Street, north on Lind Avenue SW, east on SW 7th Street, north on Rainier Avenue S and east on S 3rd Street to Renton Transit Center. Departing the transit center, the route heads north on Logan Avenue S, east on N Southpoint Drive and south on Garden Avenue to N 10th Street where it terminates.

Westbound trips depart N 10th Street and Garden Avenue N west on N 10th Street, north on Park Avenue N and south on Logan Avenue N to Renton Transit Center. From the transit center, the route heads west on S 2nd Street, south on Rainier Avenue S, west on SW 7th Street, south on Lind Avenue SW, west on SE 16th Street, south on Oakesdale Avenue SW, west on SW 27th Street and north on Tukwila Station Access Road to Tukwila Sounder Station.
