Compared to the other Nova Bus units in the fleet, the seating arrangement in the rear has been modified to have perimeter seating and forward facing seats instead of pairing up two pairs of seats to face each other resulting in some seats facing backwards, which was the standard seating arrangement for previous Nova Bus units in the fleet.

In May 2020, these units became the first conventional buses to receive the new cash fare system that debuted in Community Shuttles the prior year. The new system abandons electronic transfers in favour of a traditional type while manual fareboxes, manufactured by TAG, are used exclusively to collect payment.
