Pacific Western Transportation 4538 was a 2006 model Blue Bird Micro Bird bodied bus built on a Ford E-450 chassis. It was originally delivered to Montgomery Bus Lines as 06-5, and was acquired by Pacific Western through its purchase of Montgomery in September 2011.
In the mid-2010s, this bus was transferred to Century.
