York Region Transit 1901-1908

York Region Transit 1901-1908 are New Flyer XD40 buses built and delivered in 2019.

These buses come with the same specifications as the 2018 New Flyer buses, with the exception of all units being equipped with American Seating InSight seating as well as "www" part of yrt.ca is removed. They are part of the second year of a three-year tender with New Flyer.[1]

These buses may appear on routes 1 Highway 7, 2 Milliken, 3 Thornhill, 4 Major Mackenzie, 5 Clark, 7 Martin Grove, 8 Kennedy, 9 9th Line, 10 Woodbridge, 12 Pine Valley, 13 Islington, 14 14th Avenue, 16 16th Avenue, 18 Bur Oak, 20 Jane, 21 Vellore Local, 23 Thornhill Woods, 24 Woodbine, 25 Major Mackenzie, 26 Maple Local, 40 Unionville Local, 44 Bristol, 50 Queensway, 52 Holland Landing, 54 Bayview, 55 Davis Drive, 56 Gorham-Eagle, 57 Mulock, 77 Highway 7, 80 Elgin Mills, 81 Inspiration, 82 Valleymede, 83/83A Trench, 85 Rutherford, 86 Newkirk-Red Maple, 87 Autumn Hill, 88 Bathurst, 91/91A/91B/91E Bayview, 96 Keele-Yonge, 98/98E Yonge, 99 Yonge, 300 Business Express, 301 Markham Express, 302 Unionville Express, 303 Bur Oak Express, 304 Mount Joy Express, 305 Box Grove Express, 361 Nashville Express, 720 Highway 407 Terminal/Wonderland, and school specials.
