Niagara-on-the-Lake Transit currently provides one route connecting the communities of Old Town, Virgil and Glendale during the months of October to May. This route is known as Old Town-Glendale. From May to October, a second route replaces the first one. This route is called Heritage-Old Town. The Heritage-Visitors Line is run during the summer only, during the peak tourist season. Service is provided Monday to Saturday between 7:45 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.

The Heritage Shuttle is run during the summer only, during the peak tourist season from the Court House to Fort George's parking lot. Service is provided Monday to Saturday between 7:45 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.
