This route provides service between Richmond City Centre and the City of Ladner. It provides feeder service to the [[Canada Line]].
This is an east-west route running in Richmond connecting the Riverport Entertainment Complex and Richmond–Brighouse Station, running primarily along No. 4 Road. Service runs daily every 30 minutes.


The route departs Richmond-Brighouse Station via Saba Road, Buswell and then Cook Road to head southbound along No. 3 Road. It turns onto Granville Avenue eastbound from No. 3, takes No. 4 south to Steveston Highway, Highway 99 and the George Massey Tunnel, off-ramp onto Highway 17, Ladner Trunk Road westbound onto Harvest Drive and Ladner Exchange. Select southbound trips terminate on Steveston Highway at Seaward Gate on weekends. Select weekday and northbound weekend trips depart from Steveston Highway at No. 5 Road or terminate there.
Eastbound trips depart from Richmond–Brighouse Station heading south on No. 3 Road, east on Granville Avenue, south on No. 4 Road, east on Steveston Highway merging onto Entertainment Boulevard to the Riverport Entertainment Complex.
 
Westbound trips depart from the Riverport Entertainment Complex heading west on Entertainment Boulevard merging onto Steveston Highway, north on No. 4 Road, west on Granville Avenue, north on No. 3 Road to Richmond–Brighouse Station.
 
During PM peak hours, southbound trips bypass the stop at Steveston Highway & Coppersmith Place.
 
Some early morning westbound trips start at Steveston Highway & No. 5 Road. The last westbound trips on weekdays and Sundays/holidays terminate at Steveston Highway & No. 5 Road.
