Strathcona County Transit 7000 was a demonstrator Alexander Dennis Enviro500 operating on a 1 year lease. It was built in 2007 and previously operated with Community Transit in Washington.

The bus was first spotted in Alberta on August 24, 2010 in Cochrane, AB while on display for Calgary Regional Transit Partnership representatives. It was next on public display on September 12, 2010 at the Ordze Road transit centre in Sherwood Park from noon until 4PM. It then operated in revenue service until late July 2011.

7000 was originally supposed to enter service with Strathcona County Transit in late September 2010. However, after delays it was first spotted in regular service December 28, 2010.

It was photographed at Dynamic Specialty Vehicles in Surrey, BC on August 21, 2011. It then went into California for a couple of years, disappearing off the radar until 2013. It is now with Cruise Victoria in Victoria, BC as C31.
