Stagecoach 12258 is a 2014 Alexander Dennis Enviro400H bus. It was originally built as a demonstrator, and was purchased used by Stagecoach in 2017.
While in its initial use as a demonstrator, it operated under loan to Stagecoach Manchester in 2014, with Morebus in 2015, with First Scotland East in early 2016, with Reading Buses in 2016, and with Cardiff Bus in early 2017, before being sold to Stagecoach in 2019 as a replacement for fire victim 12054.
