The following is a list of garages and yards used by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.

  • Houses both buses and streetcars
  • Built in 1913 by the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company
Comly Garage 6000 Penn St, Philadelphia, PA 19149
Frankford Garage 5235 Penn St, Philadelphia, PA 19124
  • Houses the entirety of Philadelphia's trolleybus fleet
  • Formerly housed streetcars
Frontier Garage 1525 Alan Wood Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428 Part of the Suburban Transit Division unlike most garages (Which are City Transit Division)
Germantown Shops 6725 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19119
  • Houses the buses used by the contractor, Trenton-Philadelphia Coach Division
  • Serves as SEPTA's acceptance facility for new buses, as well as a general bus maintenance facility
  • Associated with the "cage" at Cornwells Heights Park & Ride lot
Midvale Garage 2401 Roberts Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144 Built to replace the Luzerne Garage
Southern Garage Johnston St & S 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145 Formerly housed trolleybuses and streetcars
Victory Garage 110 Victory Ave, Upper Darby, PA 19082
  • Houses both buses and streetcars
  • Part of the Suburban Transit Division
West Goshen Facility (Krapfs) 1060 Saunders Ln, West Chester, PA 19380 Krapfs owns the garage/site, but they store the SEPTA-owned vehicles they use for the contracted-out routes
