Shoreline Metro is a bus system serving the city of Sheboygan, Kohler village, and the town of Sheboygan Falls in Wisconsin.

History

  • Established in 1972 as Sheboygan Transit System.
  • In the fall of 2010, Sheboygan Transit System was renamed to Lakeshore Metro.[1]
  • In February 2011, Lakeshore Metro was renamed to Shoreline Metro to avoid any litigation against Lakeshore Transportation, a paratransit company based in Plymouth, Wisconsin that provides services in Sheboygan County.[1]
