OC Transpo 8231-8240 were 1982 model General Motors Diesel Division T6H-5307N buses built in late 1981. These were identical to the 8101-8122 batch.
These buses were given rebuilds in the early 1990s and again starting in September 1999 due to increased demands from ridership at that time. Rebuilds were initially repainted in a variant of the stripe livery with the bottom half of the bus being white (the bottom halves were initially silver), but later rebuilds were repainted in the Maple Leaf livery.
