Mount Waddington Transit System
Mount Waddington Transit System is the transit system for Port Hardy, Port McNeill, and surrounding areas. Funding is provided by the Regional District of Mount Waddington, Quatsino First Nations, Gwasala-'Nakwada Band and Kwakiutl Band. Planning and administrative support is provided by BC Transit. Operations are contracted to the Pacific Western Transportation.
Mount Waddington Transit System was launched in 2009 with a fleet of two buses purchased through federal gas tax funds.
