AM: This route starts at Old Colony Rd. and Yonge St., then goes on along Sunset Beach, Bayview, Snively, Worthington, Bloomington, Bayview, North Lake, Lakeland, Yonge, Ashfield, Bayswater, Lorridge, Worthington, Yonge, Coons, Bloomfield, and Bloomington into the school loop. The route continues on Bloomington, Bathurst, and Wellington to serve Aurora High School. PM: Reverse routing, except it follows the same AM looping via Bayview, Snively, Worthington, Bloomington, and Bayview.
History
Route 429 started service in the 2010 school season as a replacement for route 443 and to serve students going to Aurora High School. It largely followed the same route today, except it went directly to Bloomington Rd. serving the school from Yonge St.
To accommodate the elimination of route 84A, route 429 was modified on February 24, 2013 to serve Coons Rd. and Bloomfield Tr. Service was also modified for the route to serve inside the school loop instead of on the street.

History
Cardinal Carter was one of the first high schools to have a school special, introduced in September 2003. Originally unnumbered, it was assigned the number 443 in September 2004. The route was temporarily discontinued to start the 2005 school season, but was quickly reinstated on January 2, 2006.
Route 443 was discontinued permanently in the 2010 school season as the new route 429 started service.
