Western Contra Costa Transit Authority or WestCAT is the public transit service in western Contra Costa County, California that serves the cities of Hercules and Pinole. It is operated under contract by MV Transportation.

History

WestCAT was established in August 1977 as a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and the cities of Hercules and Pinole.
