Welland Transit provides public transportation in Welland, Ontario. Bus service was started in 1973 and was operated by a private company, Metro Niagara Transit. The city assumed full transit operations in 1977.[1]

History

  • Became the contract operator for transit in Port Colborne on March 31, 2008.
  • Operated transit service in Pelham as a one year trial from September 2008 until August 2009.
