TransBus International was a bus manufacturer based in the United Kingdom. It was ths product of the merger of the Mayflower Corporation owned Dennis, Alexander, and Duple Metsec and the Henlys Group owned Plaxton.

In March 2004, the Mayflower Corporation went into administration, and Plaxton was later sold off in May 2004. A Scottish consortium secured the Dennis chassis and Alexander body building operations and the new company became Alexander Dennis.
