Toronto Transit Commission McNicoll Division

McNicoll Division is the Toronto Transit Commission's eighth and newest bus division. McNicoll Bus Garage is located at 225 Milliken Avenue, which is near the intersection of Kennedy Road and McNicoll Avenue. The complex was built to Toronto Green Standards, and features one of the largest green roofs in Canada. It also features a metal transpired solar wall to recapture heat through the winter. Solar panels are installed to the building as well. The garage was built between 2017 and June 2020. In July 2020, McNicoll Bus Garage received the 2020 Judges Award for Metal Architecture Design[1][2]. The first day of operations for McNicoll Bus Garage was on March 28, 2021.

McNicoll Bus Garage has a capacity of 250 buses[3].
